Originariamente uscito nel 1977 in occasione della proiezione del film, ha raggiunto la vetta delle chart in Australia, Austria, Canada, Francia, Germania, Giappone, Hong Kong, Italia, Nuova Zelanda, Norvegia, Regno Unito, Olanda, Svezia.

Memorabili le preponderanti performance dei Bee Gees, ma sono da sottolineare anche i contributi di Lee Ritenour, Paulinho Da Costa e The Trammps.

Nel 1979 l’album vinse il Grammy Award e in USA raggiunse l’incredibile traguardo di 15 Dischi di Platino!
