The Specials, una delle band britanniche più elettrizzanti, influenti ed importanti di tutti i tempi, pubblicano il loro ultimo album dopo la scomparsa di Terry Hall nel 2022.

Live From The Cathedral rievoca la pura emozione delle quattro trionfali serate del ritorno a casa della band, tra le rovine della Cathedral di Coventry nell'estate del 2019.

La copertina è stata realizzata dall'artista, attivista e grande fan degli Specials, Shepard Fairey, noto soprattutto per il suo straordinario ritratto di Barack Obama con la scritta HOPE.

I quattro concerti dal 9 al 12 luglio 2019 hanno segnato un momento epocale per la band, che tornava nella città dove nacque la label e il movimento two-tone.
